Professional coaching, individual attention, and a supportive community for adults who want to rebuild strength, confidence, and consistency.
We start by understanding your goals, experience, schedule, and current ability, then coach you through a clear, structured path that grows with you.
Coaches use progressions, regressions, and modifications based on your experience, goals, limitations, and injury history.
Every session includes instruction, feedback, and individualized progressions or regressions so you can train safely and confidently.
A welcoming environment with accountability, encouragement, and coaches who notice when you are struggling or stop showing up.
The goal is not just a better workout. It is more energy, easier movement, greater confidence, and the ability to live life more fully.
Your goals, history, schedule, concerns, and current ability shape the recommendation. You do not need to know which service to choose before you walk in.
We listen first.
We learn what you want to improve and what has made consistency difficult.
We recommend the right start.
For most adults, that is Small Group Personal Training.
We keep adjusting.
Progress reviews, accountability, and coaching keep the plan moving with you.

Train in a semi-private group of four to eight people, on a program built around you. You get the energy of a group with the individual attention of a coach, and every session is adjusted to the person in front of us.
For most adults, Small Group Personal Training is the best place to start. Les Mills classes, nutrition coaching, one-on-one training, and youth athletic training round out the system.

High-energy, instructor-led group classes and a low-pressure way to get started. Many members begin here and move into Small Group Personal Training.

Nutrition support on an as-needed basis, built to strengthen the work you are already doing in training.

Private coaching on an as-needed basis, for when a more individual starting point is recommended. A separate service from membership.

A few focused sessions each week for athletes ages 10 to 18, building strength, speed, mechanics, and confidence.

Show up. Leave better.
The Revolution philosophy
Matt Marino is the owner and head coach of Revolution Fitness & Performance.
After experiencing his own physical and personal transformation, Matt left a career in IT recruiting to help other people rebuild their health, confidence, and belief in what they are capable of.
He purchased Revolution in July 2024 to create a gym that feels personal, welcoming, and supportive, especially for people who feel intimidated, inconsistent, or disconnected from the person they want to become.
Strength training should do more than change your body. It should help you move better, feel more capable, build confidence, and create a stronger life outside the gym.
Matt's goal is to help people recover their true power through coaching, structure, accountability, and community.
